WEEK 28: PRESENTATION DAY

Objective:

To present the complete Project in presentation day.

Procedure:

1) Test the project to make sure the project is running well.
2) Print the poster for the presentation day in A1 scale.
3) The present start on 8.30 am until 12.00 pm.

Result:

Figure 28: The poster for presentation day.

The presentation was flow well. All the question from the assessor was answer well. The presentation end on 12.00 pm.

Conclusion:

The flow in presentation day was going well as the assessor come to assess the project. All the question from the assessor about my project system, how the project flow, what the function of the component use and etc. All the question from the assessor had answer well. Thank You for everyone that come and support me in presentation day.

WEEK 27: THE COMPLETE PROJECT

Objective:

To show the complete project.

Procedure:

1) Make all the connection of overall system
2) Test the project running well.

Result:

Figure 27: The whole project.

The project is connected well from the solar to charger controller and battery. The arduino Uno is connected with rtc and relay and connected from the charger controller to the water pump. The time was set and the water pump will turn on when the present time is same as the set timer for irritation.

Conclusion:

The project is connected well and the project us running well from the charging system that charge the battery well. The timer is function well. Thus, the project is running well as the objective for the project.

WEEK 26: FLOWCHART AND BLOCK DIAGRAM

Objective:

To built a blog diagram and flowchart.

Procedure:

1) Know the Project system flow.
2) Know the overall of the system.

Result:

Figure 26: Show the Blog Diagram Of Overall System

The Block Diagram above show that the flow of my project. For the input, the system is power up by Solar Panel and the battery. the battery is main power of my system and solar panel is to charge the battery to maintain the battery in 12 volt. Then the process is about the system that control the whole project.  Arduino Uno is the main control and the RTC is used to control the time. The Arduino Uno control the water pump by controling the Delay that use as automatic switch. The charger controller is used for cahrging system. It control the voltage flow to the battery so that the battery can longer the time life of the battery. For the output is on the display and Water pump. The display used to display the time present and to control the timer for water pump and the water pump iis used to supply the water to the plan or to agriculture area.

Figure 26.1: The Flow chart of System.

The figure above show that the flow chart of the system. This show that the whole of system from step by step and show how the flow of the system.

Conclusion:

For the conclusion, The Blog Diagram and the Flow Chart is to show the flow of my system from the the first until the end of the system flow.

WEEK 25: BUY COMPONENT OF MY PROJECT

Objective:
To buy all the part that need for my project.

Procedure:
1) Go to Jalan Pasar to buy some component that i need for my project
2) Check all the component that is suitable for my project that had been listed before.

Result:
After going to Jalan Pasar. The electronic part i buy is:-
1) Arduino Uno
2) Solar panel
3) Real Time clock, RTC
4) Water Pump Motor
5) Relay
6) Charger Controller
7) Inverter
8) 2 meter Cable.

Conclusion:
After buy component at jalan pasar. The component that i need for my project is all at jalan pasar.

WEEK 24: FUNCTION OF INVERTER

Objective:
To know the function of inverter.

Procedure:
1) Search google about the function of charger contoller.
2) State in the result about the function of charger controller.

Result:
A power inverter, or inverter, is an electronic device or circuitry that changes direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC). The input voltage, output voltage and frequency, and overall power handling depend on the design of the specific device or circuitry. The inverter does not produce any power. The power is provided by the DC source as my project use battery that supply direct current (DC). A power inverter can be entirely electronic or may be a combination of mechanical effects (such as a rotary apparatus) and electronic circuitry. Static inverters do not use moving parts in the conversion process.

Conclusion
After make some research about inverter. We know that inverter function is to invert direct current DC to alternate current AC as been explain in the result above.

WEEK 23: PART INSIDE CHARGER CONTROLLER.

Objective:
To see what inside the charger controller.

Procedure:
1) Search internet about part inside the charger controller.

Result:

Figure: The part inside charger controller
Inside the charger controller can see in the figure above.

Conclusion:
The part inside charger controller we can see in the result above.

WEEK 22: MAKE SOME RESEARCH ABOUT CHARGER CONTROLLER.

Objective:
To make some research on charger controller.

Procedure:
1) Search on internet about what the function of charger controller in my project

Result:
1) The function charger controller is to limits the rate at which electric current is added to or drown from electric battery. Its prevents overcharging and may protect against overvoltage which can reduce battery performance or lifespan, and may pose a safety risk. It may also prevent completely draining a battery or perform controlled discharges. The term charger controller may refer to either a stand-alone device, or to control circuitry integrated within a battery pack, battery power device or battery charger.

Conclusion:
After make some research about the function of charger controller. what i can conclude that is charger controller important in my project as my project are using Solar panel and battery. To charge the battery by using solar panel, charger controller needed so it can prevent from overcharge or overvoltage.
